Refund policy
At 17 NOT HERE, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. All of our items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to ensure that they meet our standards. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product. Please read our policy below for more information.
For US customers, we offer 30-days return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in new condition - unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or scent. Tags must be attached. Once we have received and inspected your return, a credit will be issued within 7-10 business days. Please note that the customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
For international customers, unfortunately, we do not offer return service at the moment. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
